Answers to common questions about VYTL FITNESS charges on your statement.
Why does "VYTL FITNESS" appear on my credit card statement?
VYTL FITNESS is the merchant of record for the coach or trainer you subscribed to. Your transaction was processed by us on their behalf, so "VYTL FITNESS" appears on your statement rather than the individual creator's name.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is instant and self-serve. On the home page, click Cancel subscription in the top hero area. Enter the email address used at checkout and Stripe (our payment processor) will email you a secure link to our billing portal. From there, you can cancel your subscription in one click. No phone calls, no waiting.
If you prefer, you can also submit a support request and we will cancel on your behalf within one business day.
How do I request a refund?
Refund policies are set by the individual coach or creator you purchased from. Please contact them first. If you are unable to reach them within a reasonable time, submit a support request and we will assist.
I don't recognize this charge. What should I do?
Before contacting your bank, please contact us with the last four digits of the card used and the date of the charge. We can identify the transaction and help you resolve any concern without a chargeback, which can take weeks to process.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. VYTL FITNESS does not store your card details on our servers.
How long do support requests take?
We typically respond within one to two business days. For billing-critical issues (duplicate charges, suspected fraud), please mark them clearly in your message and we will prioritize.
