This Privacy Policy describes how Nextomic LLC, doing business as VYTL FITNESS ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vytlfitness.com or interact with our services.

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, the name of a coach or trainer you reference, optional last four digits of a payment card, and the content of your message.
• Billing information — processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps, via privacy-friendly server logs and analytics.
• Cookies — we use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to your support requests and resolve billing questions.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who operate infrastructure on our behalf, including Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and our form processor.
• Creators — when your support request concerns a specific coach or trainer, we may share your name, message, and transaction context with that Creator to resolve your request.
• Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.

4. Data Retention

We retain support request data for up to three (3) years to resolve disputes, respond to follow-ups, and comply with financial record-keeping obligations. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of your information.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California residents may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

Our services are operated from the United States. If you access the services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
